- In-Shop Repair Rate:
Flat Fee Rate
- In-Shop Priority Diagnostic:
$65 Per System
- Walk-In Priority Repair Rate:
$65 + Flat Fee Rate
- Remote in Support Rate:
$65/half hour,
$110/hour
A $65 diagnostic fee apply on custom PC, gaming PC, liquid damaged and internal advanced diagnostic if repair quote is declined by customer.
On-Site Service Rate:
On Site Service rate including networking services, work relating to the network infrastructure, maintenance, upgrades, and integration planning and break/fix services.
- Standard Rate:
$150 for the first hour
- Each daditional hour
$95/hour, increment by 30 Min
- After Hour / Priority Services:
$175 for the first hour
- Each Additional hour
$120/hour, increment by 30 Min
* Minimum Charge: One hour of labor
* A $65 charge may apply on pick up service .
* Special advertises hourly rate and minimum charge may different from above standard rate.
